This Autumn, the Highams Park Pop-up Dining Experience is back!

This time with more flavours from Latin America including Ceviche, Yucatecan Pork Fillet (or Chilean Pastel de Acelga for the vegetarians amongst you) and Mojito cheesecake.

Warm up the beginning of autumn on September 24th & 25th at The Function Room!

  • Amuse bouche
  • Ceviche
    • Cod marinated in lime and yellow chilli, red onion, roasted sweet potato
      Vegetarian option: Green and yellow mango marinated in lime and yellow chilli, red onion, avocado
  • Corn fritter
    • Crispy corn pancakes, rocket, caramelised tomatoes and coriander cream.
  • Yucatecan pork fillet
    • Pork fillet with chipotle glaze, warm quinoa salad with rosemary and orange
      Vegetarian option: Pastel de acelga – Hearty filling of Swiss chard, aubergine and feta cheese topped with crispy filo pastry
  • Mojito cheescake
    • White chocolate and lime cheesecake, white rum and mint syrup
