On the 23 and 24 of July, Bea’s Kitchen and The Function Room will be hosting a dining experience as part of the Highams Park Festival of Culture 2015.

We have prepared an exciting four-course menu with elements of European, North African and South American cuisine.

  • Amuse bouche
  • Spinach Velouté
    • Cream of spinach soup with smoked haddock & homemade ciabatta crostini
  • Pumpkin Salad
    • Roasted pumpkin, caramelised onions, kalamata olives, rocket & chick peas
  • Ajiaco
    • Chicken breast with guasca sauce, roasted new potatoes, charred sweetcorn, capers & avocado
  • Ginger and Lemongrass Granité
  • Delice
    • Chocolate sponge with a confit orange mousse
